  • Brief

    Good Bacteria launched in September 2025 with a genuinely differentiated product – the first rotating synbiotic – and gained real traction fast. But their conversion rate had room to grow, and with paid traffic scaling up, every point of conversion has real revenue behind it. This wasn't a rebrand. The brand was strong. What needed work was the site's ability to convert first-time visitors who weren't yet sold on the science.

  • Approach

    We started with a full – analytics, heatmaps, session recordings – to understand where visitors were losing confidence before we touched a single design decision. From there, we focused on the highest-leverage areas: a homepage redesign prioritizing the hero and early scroll, and a PDP overhaul targeting the buy box and the first quarter of the page where most drop-off was happening. Every decision was oriented around making the product's value, and the case for subscription, faster to understand and easier to act on.
