April has been one of those months where the swipe file channel just won't stop pinging. Every time we look up, someone's posted something new that's made the whole team derail whatever they were doing to go scroll a site on their phone. Here's what's living rent-free on our collective mood board right now.

1. Soft Services
A locked sidebar that just works
Amber dropped this one and we all stopped what we were doing. The left side of the page stays locked while content scrolls on the right, and there's a big "S" that moves as you scroll – it shouldn't work, but it really does. The PDP is just as considered. It's the kind of site where every decision feels intentional without feeling overwrought.

2. Busy Bee Honey
A cursor that turns into a bee
Your cursor becomes a little bee, and the drop shadows on the headlines follow it around the page. That alone would be enough, but then Marina discovered they have a live stream of their actual bees and we nearly lost the rest of the afternoon. The whole site is dripping with personality – bees everywhere, in the best possible way.

3. Otherkind Design
A logo you can literally reshape
Jaz posted with just a heart-eyes emoji, and then Marina discovered you can actually grab the anchor points on their logo and drag them around. That sent us spiralling. Also: they have a studio dog named Bean, and the thread immediately pivoted to whether we need to show our pets on our site. (So now we do.)
4. Dairy Boy
Sticky outfit builder section
Donna brought this one in and the team response was an instant chorus of "oooooo" and "I love." The sticky section that reveals the full outfit as you scroll is genuinely clever – it makes browsing feel more like styling. Donna also flagged their "Evergreen" category, which we'd never seen in clothing before and now can't stop thinking about.

5. Altitude Bev
A hero section that demands full screen
"Insane hero on desktop" was Amber's assessment, and she's not wrong. The whole thread then devolved into Marina wanting to try the rosemary spritz, which honestly feels like the highest compliment a beverage brand's site can get – when the design makes you thirsty.
6. Lore
Button-to-input transition that's actually smart
The button that transforms into an input field had Jaz saying "wait that's so smart." The logo hides in the nav and drops down on hover. Gradient backdrops appear behind elements when you interact with them. Every micro-interaction on this site is doing something interesting, and none of it feels like it's showing off – it just feels right.
7. Adanola
Colour as a homepage feature
Amber found this apparel site that uses different garment colours as the primary homepage navigation device. Jaz immediately fell for the blue tone and admitted it was "making me want to buy something" – which, again, is the ultimate measure of whether a brand site is working. Simple concept, beautifully executed.

8. Forta Cosmetics
A hero split into three
The hero section divides into three panels, which sounds like it could go wrong but absolutely doesn't. Donna clocked the blurred product cards. Amber connected the footer logo to work Donna had done for Polymorph (cue excited team moment). It's one of those sites that rewards attention – every scroll reveals another considered detail.
